    Hi CBR929,

    I tried without "Lightning-Recoding" with no luck. Also, I left the program running for 12+ hours after it reaches 100% and still with no luck. Don't know what to do now

      It seems as though Fab may not be compressing the content enough as my friends have also noted.
      Pulled from your logs: request(8019 MB) real(8157 MB)
      This will not fit on your disc.
      You could try to lower your writable media size, but that is another 12+ hours or less.
      I will notify the Fab team about this thread.

                Problem solved

                Here is what I did to solve the problem:

                1) I changed the "Writable Media (DVD-9) Size" from "8100 MB" to "8000 MB".
                2) I used "Roxio" to burn to "DVD+R DL 8.5 GB".

                Somehow, DVDFab do not compress this movie (Insidious) correctly. I hope the developers will address this issue in the future.

                    We bought the BD Insidious (Code A)and have try compress it to bd9 1080 success, and also not over size!
                    I used Software as decoder and encoder.
