      Hey tommyboy714,

Not meaning to give you a hard time, but the term "best" has too many variables, not the least of which is the "viewer's" opinion of how it looks and on what.

Having said that, my personal favorite for BDs is the mkv.h264.audiocopy profile.
I generally maintain a kbps of about 15,000.
This gives me great video for action flicks with no discernible difference between the mkv and the uncompressed BD folder or BD .ISO when viewed on my 42" HDTV

It also essentially doubles my hd storage or even a bit more
The mkv files are ~ 1/2 of the original size.

True Grit went from ~27 GB (main movie) to ~12 GB while preserving HD audio.

I haven't found anything that my AIOS won't play.
I've had it for over a year now and just bought one for my daughter for Christmas

                    Yeah, but it ain't simple.

I use Thumbgen and also YAMJ but your player needs to support it.

I apologize for the lapse in response. I just now saw this post this morning as I don't frequent here as much as I used to. Being that I ripped it out of a defective BUFFALO DriveStation Axis 3TB USB 3.0 enclosure (HD-LB3.0TU3) after about 1 good month of it operating properly, I would suspect it would be the bare drive listed at your link. Looking in Device Manager, it only shows a JMicron controller unlike the other 2TB drives I have the actually show the model number. But to be fair, I had to do backflips and cartwheel tricks to get this damn thing to be recognized as a complete 3TB drive. It was a major pain!

The HDD icon should light up after about 10 seconds of it being on. However, I am using the R21 custom firmware. This setup process is really difficult to explain to someone new to the AIOS so I would suggest you go to the Pivos Forum as was suggested by Jonatan and speak with aasoror directly. But I'm assuming by now you're familiar with how it works as it was a while ago since you posted that question.

                              TB714,

                              as
Superfist said go to PIOVS forum and up-date the version, you have the first version that it came out with!

Have you formatted your hdd? It better to formate it in with the Aios, also explained in the PIVOS forum!

                              Aasoror, he's the man!

                                Blu-ray Sony bdp-s790

Hello guys I'm ready to buy my new Blu-ray player, I wanted to take the Sony. What about the Cinavia?
Will fit my backups that had the Cinavia? There is a list of movies that have the Cinavia? There's guides on the forum on how I could see them having a Sony?
                                Thanks appearance tips!
