Unknown Error Message

I was using dvdfab with no problems including a couple weeks ago. Now when I put in a blu ray disc after scanning it says an unknown error has occurred
I then updated to the 8207 version and it did the same thing; then I tried a disc that I know worked in the previous version and it also does the same thing; I get the unknown error has occurred
This was never happening before

does anyone know how to correct this?

Please try it again, it's the server problem, we fixed it.

Please post your logs the default location is:
For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.
