Prometheus 3D and 2D: error message during disc analysis

Hi there, I'm new here and trying out Blu-ray Copy after using DVD Copy for a couple years.

I just bought the Prometheus 3D combo pack (US release), and I tried to backup the 3D and 2D discs but during the disc analysis, a message says "internal error - check if there is an upgrade". I'm using v8.2.1.3 Qt so there is no upgrade at the moment.

Is there a new kind of protection on these discs?

that title is not going to be released until 10/09 in the states it is a fox title so it may have a new form of BD+ . Version 9.0.0.2 is out give that a try and if you can attach or paste your log files, just the ones for that movie.

There some new protection and the disc can
't be red.

This disk is not available to the developers yet so be patient , not sure what the 307 error code is it is not on the list will try to find out.

Neither the retail US or UK retail blurays will play in Powerdvd as people are saying on the cyberlink forums. Says software needs an update, so there is definitely something different with this title as far as file structure or copy protection.

I don't have the 3D version of this movie, but I was able to make a back up by doing this. I have lifetime upgrades for Passkey and Bluray to DvD, and 1 year on Bluray copy...



Using Passkey 8.0.7.7 (09 Oct 2012 release)- rip to image
Using v8.2.1.4 beta Bluray copy (main movie only)- burnt to BD-25 (removing HD sound)

Plays fine so far... Once I figure out where the log is, I'll post it.
