The change log seems to have things repeated from prior versions of Fab and this haven't been fixed and have been reported from Nov. of last year.

Know effected players are Samsung bd c5900,LGbd 660,LGBP620 a Panasonic and a Philips model.
A effected disk is Avatar UK region code wwbogb 3960315001 blu ray 3d from the blu ray/2d/3d set. This happens in the UK and Germany so far.I believe Fab should test with a effected player and disk to get valid results.
So Far Fab listed these test players- We test clone and full disc mode on SONY-S490, LG BD 670 and Panasonic DMP-BDT300.
All of results look good. Disc is Avatar 3D.These are not the models effected and the avatar disk they used may not be the UK version from the set that's effected.Fox UK or region 2 disks(More than 1 fox disk should be tried) and players for the uk market should be used for any testing as they are the ones effected. If I was A effected user I would pack up my player and effected disk and send it to Fab in the interests of fixing this.Seems making a 50 gig clone solves this so it must be something Fab does with the 25 gig conversion.

I was testing around...
Even the 50GB ISO burned to a BD does not play!
So i tried to rip the disk with another software...
And the burned disk plays just fine!
Now, using DVDFab to compress this Iso-image to 25GB 3D
and everything is playing fine!
So it`s not the converting, but the iso-ripping/cloning that is the problem with
DVDFab

Fox/MGM Blu Rays
So judging from the last posting being the end of 2013, almost a year ago, there have been no resolution to this issue. I find that Fox and MGM titles is where the problem lies, both 2D and 3D, however, main movie only works fine, but whole disc clone, even 1:1 50GB to 50GB gives me the dark blank screen. I've coaster $10 worth of 50GB BD-R already. Mad Max (MGM), Die Hard (FOX), RoboCop 2014 MGM, The Grand Budapest Hotel (FOX), Nebraska (Paramount). The problems seems to be mainly Fox/MGM titles, but every now and then I run into some Lion's Gate titles, all with the same black screen result after playing the main logo. This is on a stand alone Sony Player. I have three players and is the same issue, I also rip it to file and play it using Nero player, with the same result. Again, movie only, no problem. Full disc, forget it. Seems to be some sort of copy protection that DVDFab has yet to address. I've been waiting for this fix for a while now, but nothing on the updates for the new version seems to offer a fix.

Log for Trance. Fox Blu Ray
Here is my log for Fox Blu Ray of the movie Trance. Again, the latest version of DVDFab, and it does exactly the same as the previous Fox/MGM blu ray titles, it will play the fox intro and then goes directly to the dreaded black screen. Even after I upgraded to the new version of DVDFab as you suggests, the previous title that I posted about The Grand Budapest Hotel also still gives me the blank screen. Movie only is fine, but full disc doesn't work, even 1:1, I've wasted several 50GB BD-R on Grand Budapest already. I'm just not really able to back up any of my FOX/MGM blu ray movies. What ever you can advise would be appreciated. Also note that I started to back up this movie initially, but cancel to do a full disc and save as file, so I cancelled an initial backup, it's in the log. Just FYI. Thanks.

Evilronin:First off your burn engine is set to VSO burn engine for 3d movies you must burn with the Fab burn engine so change that in fab settings for burn engine.
I also see your using lightning recording go into fab settings for GPU and uncheck lightning recording try checking use all software and try again.
You may want to invest in 1 50g BD-RE so you can burn many tests on one disk before using a regular blu ray disk.
Also please update to Fab version 9172.
If I were you i would get a different brand of blu ray player their cheap these days and try it with your same blu rays your having trouble with take some to best buy and play on their cheapest blu ray player or try a few different ones see if the disks will play on them.

I have stop burning onto 50GB and just rip it to file on my HDD, playing it with VLC, Power DVD, Nero, even WMP they all do the same thing, just plays the FOX logo for 10 seconds and then blank, nothing. So to even take your suggestion to invest in a 50GB BD-RE would get the same result but waste more time removing and rewriting data, but thanks for the suggestion all the same.
I also own three different model BD player, all older Sony's without the Cineavia update. And every disc plays fine, originals and backups, of course with the exceptions of the FOX/MGM backups of full discs. So I don't really think the problem is at the player level.
I have recently updated to FAB 9.1.6.8. I'm not sure if updating to the most recent one is going to do anything for me since this problem has been occurring for releases around May of 2014 to the present. And I have yet to see DVDFAB address this issue in their "What's New" version update. The first movie that I've notice that I have a problem backing up full disc, and still do even with version 9.1.6.8 (9/13/2014) is Percy Jackson and the Sea of Monsters. Surely with such a relatively old title, FAB version 9.1.6.8 that came out several months after this title's release should have fixed this issue by now. I can update it to the latest, even the beta version perhaps, but sadly, I highly doubt that this will fix the issue.
Thanks for the suggest. I really wished it would have worked for me.
If you or anybody is interested, I've attached my log trying to backup Trance again after making the changes you suggests.
Thanks.Attached Files

I have tried a fox disc copy fulldisc to bd 50 blank disc. Prometheus 3d made by 20th fox.
And play on SONY 3D PLAYER BDP-S490 ,Lg 3D SMART, it is play fine.
Using Fab 9171.
Now you can tried 9173, it is the latest version.
Is it occur on some special disc? Not all fox disc?
You can upload a error iso to us if you would. We check if it can be playable and the issue.User Manual for DVDFab v10 (pdf)

I tried prometheus 6 months ago with latest version and still got black.
Now for the good news..I just backed up x-men days of future past 3D ( A fox title ) using version 9.1.7.1 and it played perfect on my LG player that gave me the problem with all the other fox titles.
So either DVDFab has sorted the issue or x-men does not have the same type of data that was causing the playback problems on some players.
I would like to attempt prometheus or avatar but these days i dont get much time on the computer due to a disability so i cannot say when i would be able to do it but if any of the other guys who had the problem want to try that version of DVDFab with the older titles it would be interesting to see how it goes..but feel safe in backing up x-men bluray in 3D..it works great, heres hoping the planet of the apes new one will back up well when its released soon.
