    9020 Won't start

I can't get v9020 to start, it crashes every time, all previous versions run just fine.

    Using Win 7 64 bit.

I have the same OS and it works fine for me. Uninstall, scrub the registry and reinstall from a freshly downloaded installer. I assure you the program works on W7 X64.

Please check if there is custom profiles at path:

          Users\<name>\AppData\Roaming\DVDFab\profiles5\

If there is, please move them to a backup folder, then restart DVDFab 9 to see the result.

If DVDFab 9 runs ok, please post the custom profiles, so that we can check it, thanks.

              Hi solrac42
Are you using the free or paid version of Fab?
Does Fab start but you can not use BD Copy?
If so open Fab click the ? top right, then click license info and check to see if your expired or that your registration did not stick if your using the paid version.
              Hope this helps

I'm having the same problem. Worked once, won't open again. Payed lifetime subscription. Version 8 works fine. No DVDFab folder in the Roaming Folder. It did this earlier so I uninstalled, ran CCleaner reg. cleaner(nothing came up at all), rebooted my computer, & then redownloaded & ran the program once & it won't open a second time again. Here's the log from the latest attempt.

                  Hi CBR929,

I am using the free version.
All previous versions I have used are the free ones.

DVDFab will not start at all, windows brings up an alert box stating the program has stopped responding, and DVDFab shows a bug report box.
