I only have my own experiences, conflict with Virtu MVP wouldn't start, OC'd the GPU wouldn't start, turned up the performance in Catalyst Control Panel wouldn't even load at all. DVDFab 9 in my experience is very sensitive to graphics and adapter settings. I just set everything to default values and have no issues.

For the record... Downloaded 9020, noticed I could not select a folder on my hard drive I had copied from an original. Uninstalled and went to 9018 beta and could select folder. But all attempts to burn to Blu-ray ended as duds (internal engine). Installed ImgBrn and no more duds. Came in from work today, last copy (started before going to work) went fine. Tried to start a new one (backlog...) and 9018 just stopped working (alert box and bug report box show up). Uninstalled everything end tried 9020... no go: same results. Uninstalled and tried 9018... no go: again alert box and bug report. Uninstalled and went back to last 8. Everything works fine. I have a paid full license (no expiry date). So yes, I think there is a problem with the latest version of 9 (official version before 9020, was it 9016? - forgot to keep a copy, that will teach me! -, worked well). Any idea if and when it will be fixed?
Thanks everyone, I'm glad (:-() to see I'm not the only one with a problem... misery loves company.

Why should DVDFab be sensitive to graphics settings, does not seem logical to me as the program is designed to decrypt discs, I think the engine needs fixing, this sort of error should not happen for a program of this type.

                          Hi tousyves:
Please delete the C:\users:\xxx\Roaming\DVDfab folder, and try again.
If still failed, then please do the terry5's suggestion.

The 9021 special version worked for me yesterday. However, today it says my trial license has expired and I can't do anything. I re-installed my license key, but it doesn't recognize it.

Your firewall is blocking the program?
