Blu-ray copy incomplete

I have been using Blu-ray Copy successfully in most cases, however, a few .iso copies i create start about 30 minutes into the film. They look and work perfectly otherwise. There is no error in the process, and Blu-ray copy works perfectly most of the time. The films Wreck-it Ralph, Sucker Punch, Ted, and Tangled, however, all start with a black screen for a minute, then jump right in about 30 minutes or so into the film. I didn't see anyone else post with this problem, so any help will be appreciated. This is on OS x, with 8.2.2.6

I confirm the problem with the smurfs 3d full 3d main movie all audio tracks kept and all subs.The movie starts about chapter 2 so the first chapter is not being made when making a iso.Used 9.0.4.7 going to try with version 8.

Latest version 8 also not able to make a complete iso with the Smurffs 3d used main movie selected all audio and sub tracks.First part of movie isn't their about a chapter is missing or so.Logs look good could Fab be selecting the wrong playlist?

Ok I got this one solved Fab is picking the wrong playlist. I used a older Fab version 8221 it picked file (4) in The Smuffs 3d movie where the latest versions of 8 & 9 pick the wrong file (3) and that file doesn't have the first chapter or so making a bad iso.

Fab needs to fix this in their next release ASAP as no iso's can be made correctly if Fab is picking the wrong playlist file in playlists with several different playlists that have the same run time.
