Read errors are normally caused by dirty or scratched disks or dirt on the laser lens so clean the disk good no fingerprints. One person recommends furniture polish but if their are deep scratches your not going to be able to copy it.Also your using a old fab program update to version 9068 and check your blu ray drive to see if it has the latest firmware on it.

To the guy that recommends polish what brand are you using and spray or paste? do you let it sit rub it in or what?

Discs are made of polycarbonate plastic which is not resistant to organic solvents, I would be very cautious using furniture polish since most all contain solvents to make them spread more easily. I would test on a coaster first.
How to post the internal log

Clean with natural oils from your hand

I discovered that if I "clean" the disc with my hands then the error goes away. I have done this twice with success. I think its the oil filling tiny specs. Just take your whole hand and pretend its a cleaning cloth and rub the whole disk.
