    An Unknown Error

I downloaded and installed dvdfab V9.1.0.6(Nov15/2013), but the software could not run through. The message said:" An unknown error occurred, please check if there is a new version at DVDFab website".
I uninstalled it and upgraded V9.1.0.8, but it was the same problem, then I uninstalled again and changed V9.1.1.1 and I had same message an unknown error.
Is something wrong with my computer or software?
    Please, help me out.
    Thanks.

It's failing to open the disc 306 and may not be supported right now. What is the movie and is it a regular store bought studio released Disc?
