3D Copy Star Trek Into Darkness 3D

I'm having issues copying my Star Trek Into Darkness 3D BD. I've tried on both latest software 9.1.1.9 and going back to version 9.0.7.2 as suggested in another closed thread. I've tried both CLONE and MAIN MOVIE.
However, I continually have it stall at 46% with an error which I try to skip but still goes no further. The BD itself has no visible imperfections and I've even used my powered disc cleaner to buff it hoping I may not visibly see something but still no change. It appears in the log at 27 41 26 that there is a read error though I'm not sure if that is a physical error due to disc scratch for example or a software burning error reading the disc

    Here are my logs:

if it continue to stall at the same place then it is a bad/defective disc.
just because the movie plays fine doesn't mean it will copy.
the disc has some sort of manufacturing defect.
