    Hi berdman
If I were you I would do some reading on CRC errors, and how you may be able to fix them or avoid data loss.

We have had a discussion before about I/O errors and your HDD.

Also if your receiving these errors from your optical drives, you have firmware updates for both of your drives found here http://www.firmwarehq.com/download_2..._I102.zip.html and http://www.firmwarehq.com/download_1..._GL1B.EXE.html

NOTE: If you do not know how to flash your drives do not do it, it will render your drives useless, and you take full responsibility for doing so.

    Good luck

Sorry, I didn't know that this was the same issue has my IO Errors, since one was not playing properly and the other was not burning properly on different titles....I'll look for some info on CRC Errors. Thanks again for your time

        Hi berdman
I'm concerned that you may have a Hdd failing, in which you could loose everything on it.
There are tools you can use to test them.
What is the make of your internal Hdd on your computer?
Could you also post your burn log in which you received the CRC error.
        Thanks
        CBR929

EDIT: Also check all your cables on your computer if using a desktop to make sure they are tight, you may want to try a different usb connection for your external drive on your computer.

OK...The HD is an WD 3TB EXT HD and I redid the movie to one of my Int HDs on my computer and it worked properly....I am having problems with that EXT ...when I tried to scan and fix.. it wouldn't finish the operation and didn't show up in Computer Management...after rebooting the comp the Ext HD opened and I deleted that title and rechecked management again and it showed it to be a healthy drive....I tested moving one of files to another HD and that worked ...so maybe I'll transfer all the files to a different HD ...How can I check this drive ???

I retried to burn that title from the Ext and got that same error message here's the log ...

If you're going to take all the files off anyway I recommend you partition that drive into 3 1TB logical drives. It will be faster by eliminating very large head moves when you get a bunch of files on it. Might just help.
