    System Error

I have been troubleshooting an issue with Windows 8 and believe my problem has something to do with DVDFAB. My computer would become unresponsive where I would have no choice but to do a hard shut down. While checking system warnings on my pc I see below.

    Application Error
    Fault Bucket 81644748443 Type 5
    Event name BEX
    Response Not available
    Cab id 0
    Problem Signature
    P1 DVDFAB.EXE
    P2 9.1.3.8
    P3 533b9720
    P4 StackHash_4c4a
    P5 0.0.0.0
    P6 00000000
    P7 PCH_D2_FROM_NTDLL+0x0003D72C
    P8 C0000005
    P9 00000008
    P10.
unfortunately I can't do copy and paste for the entire error but that is the first part. every time I use dvdfab I get a new system warning. so far my pc has not locked up (at least it hasn't the last week or so) I did create a restore point prior to installing DVDFAB in case I need to go back to that but as I said so far my pc has not frozen up. does anyone know anything about this? can I just ignore it since so far it does not appear to be affecting my pc? is there anything in my dvdfab settings that maybe I need to change so I don't get this error every time I use dvdfab? Thanks to all who respond

      How about update to V9139?

Did you use DVDFab normally except the warning message?

      Wilson
Please post your logs the default location is:
      For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
      For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.

      Thanks!

Yes, I used DVDFAB normally (no problems except the system error I see in the log) I didn't know v9139 was available already. I'll update. Thank you.

Don't know if this helps but I found a folder called AppCrash_DVDFab.exe and in it was the report below.

ok I just installed 9.1.3.9 and all I did was open the software to make sure my personal settings were not changed and sure enough it looks like another crash report folder was created. See below. Again the program seems to be working fine.

Just when I thought my PC locking up was going away it happened again. DVDFAB was not even running but again when I checked my error log there it was. Not sure if this is due to dvdfab or something else

                Hi,

I also got the Application Error in System after running DVDFab9, but have some difference with yours. DVDFab is running fine except the system warning error.
Maybe there is something wrong when running DVDFab on Win8, not have the system warning error on Win7.
