10043 won't connect to server

I am running 10.0.4.2. I get the error when I try to open a Blu-ray source under Copy->Clone/Burn. I also get the error when running the Check for Updates as well as the Activate login. It seems DVDFab is not connecting to the DVDFab servers at all. I have been using the product without incident for years. I tried turning off my firewall and A/V without success. Thanks.

The Clone/Burn message is:

Internet is required to open this Blu-ray disc.

If you have firewall software installed, please configure it to
allow DVDFab to access the internet.

The Check of Updates message is:

Failed to check update. Please retry or visit the DVDFab official
website for the latest version.

The Activate message is: (I'm already activated. I only ran this as a test.)

Failed to connect to the Internet; please check your network settings.

same problem here. i also uninstalled and tried older versions of 10 and couldn't connect. obviously we are all connected to the internet or we wouldn't be able to post here.

I am also getting the error that bd+ needs to connect to the internet error with 10.0.4.3. I tried going back to 10.0.4.0 with no luck i might tried to uninstall completely and then loading 10.0.4.0.

!0043 won't connect to internet.Norton allows all Fab products to run on my machine downloaded and ran twice all other fab versions connect without problem including other versions or Fab 10.
