Rip/Copy Individual Episodes

First time for me to work with TV episodes from discs. I am saving my files to a SMB server and playing on a Zidoo Z9X Pro.

What is the best way to take a season that is on three discs and burn individual episode files?

or is there a better way to handle episodes?

I do the same thing.
I rip the individual episodes using the MKV pass-thru profile.This is a fast rip and the files are the same quality as the originals.

Thank you... I have never burned anything other than "clone" .iso files so I'll give the MKV pass-thru a try...

I figured out how to Rip the blueray disc to a MKV file but I cannot seem to figure out how to pull separate episodes as individual files from the disc... Ideas?
