Use the recommended option to be able to use the speed set in ImgBurn the video tutorial I linked to tells you that

I have changed all of that and it still burns at 6x. I've set the burner and discs to only burn at 2x.

Do you also have recommended set in Fab for your write speed?

I'm not sure, i'll check that tonight.
The only thing that's different is I'm not doing Blu-ray to blu-ray as I have the disc pre ripped and compressed onto my hard drive, so I am using the write data tab.
If this fails later I may try and find a blu-ray that wont need compressin onto a BD-25 and try the blu-ray to blu-ray tab. see if that makes a difference.
          Thanks once agian!

Well the good news is that I managed to get 1 of my disc's backed up.
I also got is to burn at 2x rather than 12x! Result, thanks all!
What I had to do, was rip/compress to iso, then use Nero to burn.
I know how Nero works so that helped a bit :-)
Thanks once again for everyones help!
