Did you set up img burn to work with Blu-ray to Blu-ray?

OK, here is spec for your player:

              FORMAT: .
              BD-ROM Playback BD-Live 1
              BD-RE / BD-RE DL BD-MV (BD-RE version3), BDAV (SESF), JPEG (HD)
              BD-R/BD-R DL BD-MV (BD-R version2), BDAV (SESF)
              DVD Playback DVD-Video
DVD-RAM Playback DVD-VR, JPEG (HD), AVCHD
              DVD-R/-RW/-R(DL) 2 Playback Yes
              +R/+R(DL)/+RW 3 Playback DVD-VR, AVCHD
              CD, CD-R/-RW 4 Playback CD-DA, MP3 (CD-R/-RW only), JPEG (HD) (CD-R/-RW only)
SD Memory Card AVCHD, JPEG (HD)

DVDFab when compress BD50 to BD25 in Main Movie option, produces simple structure BD-J. According to your player spec, it's incompatibility we're talking about here.
If you compress from Full Disc BD50 to Full Disc BD25, DVDFab preserves original BD structure, which your player will play without problem.
However, if you compress your Main Movie into BD9 (size of DVD9 DL), DVDFab will produce AVCHD format, which is your player likes as well

With what you already have, I would suggest to "remaster" your content. Load your content into HdBrStreamExtractor (google if you don't have it - it's free), extract all streams (including original chapters), and then remux all streams back into Blu-ray with tsMuxerGUI.
When done with it - burn using ImgBurn

What do u mean? I choose bdwhatever m and certicate and bring it down to image burn to make a proper udf disk and it wont paly? Put it throgh [other software] and it says invalid bd disk let it run for 2 minutes and wolla works after anew 2$ disk!

hanibal did you try messing with the Common Settings-Blu Ray to Blu Ray? There is a AVCHD Compatibility Settings option. 1st is Create restrict compatible AVCHD folder structure(without certificate folder) and 2nd is Creat software player friendly AVCHD folder structure(with certificate folder). I think it's set to the first by default.
EDIT: saw you said you were using the option with certificate. Missed that on the first read through. Sorry.

It's always set to the second one.

These settings are for BD5/BD9 only, because this output created in AVCHD format.
BD50 to BD25, Main Movie produces basic BD structure (BD-J, etc.)
and BD50 to BD25 1080 Full disc, preserves original BD structure.
Since hanibal converting his videos in BD50 to BD25, Main Movie option, AVCHD compatibility settings does nothing for him.
