    1. Try "Reset DMA" in "Settings" window to see if speed can be normal again.

    2. For crash when analyzing, please try to open it again to see the result.

Fengtao- I've tried numerous times to send reports after dvdfab crashes but it always gets bounced back to me....My DMA settings seem to be OK..what I'm worrying about is the failure of dvdfab to use previously decrypted bluray folders as it keeps crashing quickly as soon as the analyzing starts...Anyway, thanx for all the help..

I see that this is a problem also in this thread
You can also try to install an earlier version that worked for you maybe 6.2.1.8, if you need it you will find it here
        Hope this helps

I took your advice and used dvdfab 6 version to do a single layer blu ray disc I had....I ripped it to the hard drive in like 25 minutes...When I tried to rip this same single layer blu ray to the hard drive with the new beta it went on forever...In my mind the new beat has a lot of bugs...And like I've wriiten earlier it will not work on previuosly decrypted blu ray folders that are already on the hard drive...

Yes, but with version 6...Version 7 beta does not work properly in my humble opinion....I realize it's a beta but it doesn't work as it should...How do I send the error report when the new beta crashes and I get the error report form which I send--- it gets bounced back and I resend it and it still gets bounced back..

At least we have some success
I'm not sure if this is what you want for your errors but give it a try

It probably won't help but I do the same as you and save my Blu-Rays to my hard drive for later compression. If I choose the saved ISO as the source it won't start the process to compress to BD25 when I hit the Start button. If I mount the ISO to the DVDFab Virtual Drive and choose that as the source it begins with no problem.
