Help. first I tried backing up my Lord of the Rings Trilogy in full disc blu ray mode. It burned the movies, but the copies are jerky. . I tried backing up in the previous version of fab (movie only) and this was jerky too. Now when I open 7067 as soon as I select the file from the HD and hit start it crashes. Help

Well John, info you have provided is a mess, no offense. You have provided two internal logs that can't be matched to any of burn logs...
However, two things flashed right away:
(1) you seems using [another software] that can't be mixed with DVDFab and generates all kind of conflicts in your machine. I don't know why you feel needed to have both programs (there are no advantages in my view, but harm) on your machine, but it's your decision.
(2) your media. Media you are using is not top of the line to say at least. In plain english, it's crappy media. It doesn't mean it can't be used. It can, but with extreme caution. And the fact that you are burning this media in top speed, makes me believe that it could be an answer to your "jerky video" issue. So, my advise is to reset your speed to a minimum.

The only other software is DVDfab 6. Do I need to delete the program. I also have [other software and I will disable it, but it hasn't caused any problems in the past. Maxell BD-R is not good media? I will reduce the burn speed, but I haven't had any problems burning till 6067

When I go to select the folder to burn I choose the fulldisc/return of the king folder containing 2 folders BMDV and Certificate. Imgburn says I only selected one folder:

Just tried burning main movie only and it's burning. Why main movie and not full disc? I set the size at 25 gb for both

Sorry, I am not too familiar with this forum stuff. My first thread was such a mess I thought I would start over. I tried burning with 707 today and my copy is still jerky. Non blu-ray backup I just made is fine, but I guess the bugs aren't out of the blu ray program, yet?

No problem, we appreciate your willingness and patience.

So are you certain you killed AnyDVD? you shouldn't have a warning if done correctly.
It'll run in the background and you may not be aware. It'll start with a windows boot.
This may be overkill, but disable it aand then exit the application.
If you're not using it now, prevent it from starting and disable in config.sys on startup.

While we're at it, be certain you don't have Fab Passkey running.
Similarly, this is essentially a windows driver and will run in the background, but you won't get a warning...so kill this too.

I burned Shutter Island with 7070 at the slowest speed and AnyDvd disabled. The picture and sound are great, but the picture is still jerky and the dialogue slightly off. What is going on? When I play it back on my Dell Inspiron 546 the picture is jerky also.Here is the log:

a dell dual drive dvdBD-RE. I just got the computer in April. The burner works fine. Regular DVDs burned quickly and without a hitch. It has only since Sunday that I have had this problem with the blu ray. PowerDVD DX is also on the computer. It starts up whenever I put a disk in, but I shut it down before running Fab. I tried to install updates to PowerDVD on Sunday. This caused problems because Windows 7 would not open all my programs so I did a system restore to a time before the updates. Is this relevent? As I said I have been burning non blu rays without a problem. This jerky pic is only with the Blu rays.
Also Microsoft Sliverlight was installed on computer on 6/6. Could this be a problem?
