Well i assume your not using gpu acceleration?if you've got cuda capable gpu i would make sure dvdfab is set to use it in a/v codec setting,if you haven't make sure all setting are set to software.
Rip the blu ray to hardrive without compression either as iso or folder.
once done select either folder or iso as source,and output it as bd25 iso.once it is finished mount it using any virtual drive and play it back,check it for errors and then burn it using imgburn.
