    Letters to Juliet

Tried to back up "Letters to Juliet". I was not able to get DVDFab 7.5 or Fab 8.0.1.1 to open the disk. It wouldn't recognize it therefore I don't think I can get a log. Any Ideas??

The log would contain the DvdFab tries to open the disc, therefore you need to attach it for us to get an idea of the problem.

I am getting the same thing. Copied the log below. I removed the last couple hundred attempts since I had let it sit there for a while before I noticed.

Thanks for that, it looks like DvdFab cannot access the disc correctly. What OS do you have? Is there any other program/driver that uses the drive in the same time?

This is using Windows 7. I am pretty sure that this is the only program using that drive. I always close all running programs before I start using DVDFab.

I had the same problem so I went back to version 7.0.8.0 and it opened the disc. I tried Version 8.0.1.1 five or six times and gave up.

Please install DvdFab Passkey and let me know if it works then. Thanks

                  Please try new version 8.0.1.5
It fixes the opening of Blu-ray discs that had a problem on some machines.
