and it not even needing to compress the movie thats 21gb just trying to do main movie to burn on to disk

the windows 7 drive I game on and still have the testing i did /w ver 7.x
crashes now that I ran reg on it also and closed the error file cause no email setup in it

they both worked when I was booted into that drive system ( 2 seperate SATA disks with seperate OS and software installs) now thay arent even extracting movies from a full BD ISO on HDD that they did before and had the flashing DVDFAB logo

Im confused but at least in will never expire

Please upload crash report, it doesn't need e-mail program installed.
DVDFab is the all-in-one software package for copying Blu-ray/DVD and converting video file.

Turn off the GPU acceleration and use software only in the settings. Click the Green checkmark in the upper right hand corner and under the AV / Codec Settings select Softeware for everything and see if it works.

I have tried that with several movies

I ran Killers overnight on software and deep scan etc...

thought it worked but the ISO starts in dvdfab sound starts and picture is black

so i have 22gb of black picture with sound

the uncompressed 29 gb ver plays fine

here is the internal log for the black pic on software

Before I regestered I could compress movies under the trial and have the DVDFab logo in the corner now everything fails

and most of the time it just disappears off the screen with no crash file
and the log file just stops

try removing DVDFab from computer and restart. Then reinstall DVDFab and register again to see if that helps but install latest beta only

I did that yesterday uninstalled and edit reg and removed all DVDFAB entries

that fixed the ability to copy smaller than 25gb main movie out of the ISO but

still with 7090 and 8016 hardware and software cant complete a compression

                      to 22500 mainmovie

killers gave a black screen <---direct from disk not an ISO
GIJOE gets 17gb and disappears off the screen
Hancock crashes and copies out of order files

oddly enough the only 1 to compress was Avatar and it was the first file I did

You have ati graphics card? if you do check to see if an update is available and update it as that will cause problems if not updated. Also seems you are trying to compress iso files and was wondering if you tried to save full Disc as folder and then tried to compress from folder to iso instead.

have not tried the folder to main movie as i read about save disc to ISO in the tips and tricks and I should have newest drivers for games but ill check again

did killers over night on long full scan setup software and not hardware and thought it was screwed because the DVDFAB window wouldnt play a picture only sound and cyberlink wouldnt play the file

but i burned it to BDRE and it works fine go figure

now if I can get hancock (which copies scattered files and not a main movie)
                          then crashes
                          GI Joe just crashes
Ill try tonight same settings as Killers

Just tried to pull hancock main movie full size from full disc ISO and program closed on same file
going to try to extract full disc to a folder uncompressed

Hancock is most likely seamless branching, meaning there's a bunch of m2ts files in no certain order. You should not be playing back the files anyways, as you will run into issues like this one, plus a couple others. You need to play back the whole BD folder or rip as an ISO and mount in DVDFab Virtual Drive then play.

I can FULLY (!) confirm this!!! I have the SAME issue. Really true: without registration the rip went fine and the logo displays. After putting my registry code, conversion crashes.

This is just ONE of an ENOURMOUS NUMBER OF PROBLEMS, ISSUES and ERRORS I experience with blu-ray ripping and DVDFab, that I'm almost about asking for a refund.

DVD-Copy and Blu-Ray-Copy works absolutely great. But as soon as it comes to any type of conversion, I run into problems.
