Have you tried MKV2VOB?

mkv2vob is a program which will remux mkv with x264 video and AC3 audio to a vob file or Blu-ray/AVCHD which is playable on the sony ps3. No transcoding/ recompression is done(mpeg2 transcoding for some files that wont work on the ps3), the streams are simply split and mux into the vob. Subtitle support.

Have you tried MKV2VOB?

yes, as you can see in the first post of this page, mkv2vob is the splitting programm, i use to work with.
but mkv2vob won´t support vc-1-codec

and thats the desaster.
mkv2vob is great, but only with avc-codec

and google didn´t really help me yet, that´s why i was looking for help here
