Forced to cancel after 2.03 hrs running.

This is the 3rd time as I started earlier in the day to archive this disk, have tried with Pathplayer off and on, tried with no compression to HDD.

No write/read errors because it never gets that far!

    System:
    ASUS P6X58 Premium
    Intel i7 950
    12Gb Corsair DDR3
    LG BH10LS30 SATA II
    SLI 2 x MSI Cyclone GTX460

2 earlier DVD's archived with no problems, even tried installing passkey before burning thinking it might remove some of the protection.

I was having the same problem with Ironman2 when copying main movie only with no compression to HD using v8.0.1.7 and even v8.0.2.4 it was taking an hour to scan which was normally 5/10 min and 4/5 hrs to copy to HD which was normally about 1hr 20min...because of the newer protection on the disc...I then tried v7.0.8.2 and it worked fine...I then used v8.0.2.4 to compress to dvd9 iso and the back-up worked perfectly.

Iron Man II only has AACS. It should not take any longer to copy it based on that.

          Hi djmorgan,

          Do you use original disc?

From the log "0m 11.93s: aacs 0 bd+ 0" it seems the disc doesn't have AACS.

          Best Regards,

            Ahh yes, good catch Fengtao.

djmorgan: All commercial Blu-rays come with AACS protection on them, and if it isn't on there, especially for a disc as popular as Iron Man 2, it means you're trying to use a backup copy of it instead of the original disc. Use the original instead, it will probably work a little better.

On my last attempt I used your DVDPasskey, I assume that removed the protection before I used DVDFab
