I've ripped movies to my hard drive as ISO files. Once I try to compress these files to fit on a BD 25 blank disc, I get a prompt that the file already exists and do I want to overwrite it. Here's the problem. If I overwrite the file, I lose the ripped information.
I've made copies just in case, and overwriting the file starts the compression, but then I get another prompt advising the process has failed.
I recall someone posting something about how to remedy this situation but I've forgotten exactly where it is that it was posted. Does anyone remember where it is or can tell me how to fix this?
Thanks.
BTW, I've have not unchecked the "delete temporary files when done" setting. I recall that being a question in the reply I'm looking for.
