This has happened to the last 2 movies I attempted to copy, Shutter Island and The Road, I also had the trial verison which worked great and successfully copied blu rays. Now that I purchased it, it doesnt seem to work. I have not got it to work since then, only the trial version worked for me. I did go back and download the trial and reinstall it and it did not work either. I am using all internal drives, SATA drives, my bluray drive is LG WH10LS30K 10X Blu-ray Burner

My system is a Dell XPS 630i desktop
    intec core 2 quad cpu q9400 @2.66hx 2.67 ghz
    memory 4gb
    32-bit operating system
no new added programs or hardware

Try using ImgBurn as the burn engine instead of the built in VSO burn engine. Below is link to download ImgBurn and on how to set it up to work with DVDFab

Watch the youtube video to set up and do not forget to set the AWS (automatic write speed)

    from your logs
    2010-11-14 19:59:50 Info Scanned files #9, folder #15 - total size 35366553784 b. (32.9 Gb.)
Seems it too big for a BD25 and needs to be compressed to fit the blank media you are using

      Hi silber
I also agree you should use ImgBurn.
Please make sure that you key stuck when registering
Open Fab > Click the ? on top> About > what does it say under the options that you purchased?
Make sure that you are also selecting BD-25 on the main screen when you are compressing, this is pulled from your logs 2010-11-14 19:59:50 Info Scanned files #9, folder #15 - total size 35366553784 b. (32.9 Gb.)
      2010-11-14 19:59:50 Info Media type: BD-R Sequential
as there is no way that this file is going to fit on a single layer BD disc

Even if it's a little thing, do something for those who have need of help, something for which you get no pay but the privilege of doing it.
