The extra 15 seconds cell (not chapter) is created for layer-break when targer is DVD-9.
It's a compatibility problem and we will fix it in next version hopefully.

Diary of a Wimpy Kid Roderick Rules will not open
In 9.0.2.6, tries to open and then get error:
An internal error occurred.
Please check if there is a new version at DVDFAB website.
This happens in 8.2.2.6 also.
There is no log generated when this happens in 9.Comment
