I'm having the exact issue. I says "Video Quality Unreachable" and then ejects and aborts.

I have tried to back up my copy and seems to copy but will not play. Plays through all the Promotional previews but when I click to play the movie it just locks up my DVD Player.
Must have a new java protection? I am using DVDFab x64 version 10.0.9.5

Hi All, I just updated DVDFab x64 to Version 10.0.9.7 will this update take care of the new java protection for this DVD I Can Only Imagine? or are they still working to resolve this
problem? I just don't want to waste any more back up Discs.... LOL

I have just updated to the new version 10.0.9.7 but it seems to be still doing the same thing. When trying to copy "I can only Imagine" it Starts anazlyzing then fails before it ever starts to copy. This update doesn't seem to have fixed the issue.

Hi Guy's ,
Ok I just updated to ver x64 v. 10.0.9.8 and tried to copy my Disc , I Can Only Imagine for back up, seemed to copy, so I went a head and burnt a copy, I tried to play it in my Sony Blu-Ray player, plays through all the previews fine, when I click to play movie it still does exactly the same thing, locks up my player. So something is still not right. I'm going to attach the internal log file and the Burn log file for you to see if there is something causing this. I also tried to just Rip the movie into a MKV file and finished in about 30 seconds or less, so I'd say the protection is still stopping DVDFab from doing it's job?

Well I guess your the lucky one, I've given up, I've wasted enough dvds on this movie, I still think there is a problem. Did you actually watch your copy all the way to the end? I guaranty that before it gets to the very end it will not go to the very end it just stops and starts from the beginning again, go to chapter 15 and see what happens.
