I am sorry to see that you are still having trouble, and if all other suggested options did not work then maybe it's time for a clean uninstall.
I have never had to do this with Fab but, I am sure that the instructions given on the other site by StormJumper are correct, as he is no stranger to Fab.
The registry cleaner he suggested is CCleaner and it is "free" and you will find it here
