    The strange thing is the "Info - Preview - Options" preview works when you start a copy. Its just that the Left side/Bottom preview screen won't "UN-collapse" or open.

    Just tried 8115 - still NO preview.
    I also removed:

    "[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\DVDFab]
    "FabPlayDll"=dword:00000001"

    No difference - No Preview

    v8.1.1.5 beta has a new Preview engine, please try it. Set Preview to "Internal" in Common Settings.

    preview window

    What I found out is if you use the fix fabplay for XP then the preview window won't work , I had to upgrade my graphics card then it would work without using the fabplay

    Preview does not work for me either, for what it's worth. Does nothing at all. I checked the settings from the early post but it never has worked.

    There is a bar with an up arrow, which will change color shade when pressed. But the collapsed window does NOT open.

    If there is no preview window at all, check to see if the bar just below where the window should be got pressed somehow. If so and the arrow is pointing up there will be no window at all.
