I just finished smurfs a few minutes ago with no problems.

Region 1/4
Movie only.
20 minutes to rip to hard drive.

DVDFab has no problem with this movie in R 1/4.

Worked for me it opened and copied just fine but the log file showed read errors.

Ok, I've download the version 8.1.3.5 from (23/11/2011) got the same message "error" But I chose Retry and it read it. Now trying to copy it to me computer, Hope it works.

Any idea when a fix will be out for this movie? I have the latest one 8.1.3.6 but no luck. keep getting read errors on all three drives that I have.

Ok It worked. After you get error message, try retry, abord, ect... That's what I did and it opened.

dvd will copy until it gets about to the end and errors out and won't go any further.

Hello, go here for FIX. Seems to work when you follow either my steps or another, but from what you are saying, I would first try my step.

it wil copy until it get's about to the end and stops. clicking the abort/retry/ignore buttons won't work. this is useing the full disc option
some people have said main movie only option works.
