    StarTrek Enterprise backup fails

Star Trek Enterprise - Season 1, Disk 1
DVDFAB gets an I/O error reading the disk. Told it to ignore all. Then, it tries forever to read the disk. DVDPASSKEY (8060) has the same problem.

POWERDVD and Sony Jukebox play the disk OK.

Tried with PATHPLAYER enabled (showed multiple errors) , then disabled. Disabled pathplayer and retried. Log from that run below.

This is in your log: "0m 58.92s: read error: 3 55219 3993080 2091830 0 2 55219" try cleaning it but if you keep getting the read error you may need to exchange it.
How to post the internal log

I've had that happen many many times! I've backed up VOYAGER & DS9. Definitely a disc issue. Working on ST:TOS now, and so far I've had no issues. Don't have the BD version tho.

Wasn't a fan of ENTERPRISE, so I'm skipping that one

        Fixed. Thanks

        Cleaning the disk fixed it.
Where can I find a list of error codes in the log so I can diagnose problems for myself the next time?

Here is a list of program generated errors:

But the read error was in your log that you posted. I highlighted the error in your post for you.

Glad you got it sorted out anyway!

Cleaned, and now it opens. But, it still fails Analyzing Title 2.
Close inspection of the disk revealed a scratch on it.
            Exchanging.
