Hi, Trying to copy a tv show dvd. No scratches at all but there is a minor dent. DVDfab 8.1.7.8 won't open it. I get read error message. I've tried Ignore, Ignore all, etc to no avail. Any suggestions?

Sorry, nope.
Sometimes you can resurrect a scratched/scuffed/heavily soiled disc with the usual remedies, ie.,
Brasso metal & plastic polish, various waxes and of course, disc cleaning devices..
but in this case, I suspect it's a lost cause.
The laser has no chance of focusing accurately.If it ain't broke, don't fix it!
