Can't copy Jack Reacher Mac 9.0.3.6 (23/04/2013)

I am running Mountain Lion and tried first off with DVDFab v8 when that didn't work I read the forum and found the recommendation to use v9. Still the same results. I also tried to copy with Mac RipIt, it looked like it copied but I can only play if I select one of the VOB files and then it doesn't work well.

As others have said it looks like it is working except it only copies the previews and menu page. After scanning DVDFab shows 322MB size.


I went though all of the other hints that I found. I made sure all of the Video Decoders are set to Software, I have PathPlayer set to "Always enable PathPlayer".

I tried to copy a couple of other disks and they work fine. I don't have a DVD player on my TV. I use your program to burn the movie to my MacMini HD and watch from there. If we can't make this work the only way I can watch this movie is on my little 13" MacBook Pro. Not fun for two people.

Here is the log from this scan. There are no errors shown since DVDFab thinks the disk is only 322MB. Also, if I get info on the Video_TS folder for Jack Reacher it says that the folder is 75.31GB with 134 items. If I get info on the DVD it says it is 8.4GB.

Let me know if you need any more information. I can send screen shots or what ever you want. I will even let you screen share (or Remote Desktop for Windows users) if you like. I also have Team Viewer on my computer.

This title has a new copy protection schema so you will just have to be patient and wait until the Mac version of 9.0.3.8 comes out.

I copied this game with 9.0.3.8. No problems at all.

I knew v8 was going to be discontinued at some point. No prob for me, I like the interface of V9 better anyway and had un-installed V8 awhile ago.
