          Try this - Uninstall dvdfab then click the "my documents folder" and
          Delete all the dvdfab folders then reinstall dvdfab. See what that does.

            After you attempt to open it you can check Task Manager to see if the process is loaded?

              Sorry, you say you're running Windows 7. Here is the Task Manager for W7. If it is there you can double it and it will come to the desktop if all is well.

                I deleted all folders and any file that had dvdfab in it. and still wont open not sure what to do now I love this program when i works correctly.

                      Some were having problems with dvdfab on 32 bit operating
                      Systems like Vista & windows 7 try the fix in post #1 - http://forum.dvdfab.cn/showthread.php?t=29437
