Is anyone having trouble playing your back-up of The Shape Of Water? My back-up pauses and then very quickly continues playing. Not all the way through the movie just enough times to make it very annoying. I am using DVDFab 10086 (X64).

Hello,
Please export source info and send them to us:
1. Disable Cloud Decryption Service and Enable PathPlayer in Common Settings > DVD section, open the original movie disc "The Shape Of Water" in DVDFab again;
2. Right click on the main movie title, select "Export source info";
3. The files will be saved to C:\Users\xxx\Documents\DVDFab10\Log by default. Please zip this log folder and send it to us.

No problem with me. The latest update.Main movie only on DL disc. It played flawlessly on stand alone dvd player.Comment
