First, the media you're using. Ritek is, at best, middlin' - and not the best media for video work. For S/L discs, we usually recommend Taiyo Yuden, and for D/L discs, Verbatim.

Hi, Nyrico. Sorry to reply on a post so far back, in this thread. If you are interested there is a sticky thread in the General Chat subforum, with regards to media pricing and deals. These guys are right about your current media of choice. You may find a better quality media, at a reasonable price. Check it out.
