I do have ImgBurn. It's not communicating between each other. On DVDFab, it states that eImgBurn it's working with each other. So what'll I do? Do I open DVDFab seven and then open ImgBurn ? Or should it open automatically?

There is an excellent guide to set it up properly here:-

Just to be sure click the green check mark at the top of the page and go down to "WRITE" and make sure the DVD-5 size has not defaulted to 4920, that won't fit on a single layer and will cause it to spit out the disk. Set it to 4472.

Doesn't it supposed to open ImgBurn when I burn a movie on DVDFab?

that is just the DVD info and not error message. Post all the recent logs that are located in Documents-DVDFab logs. They will tell us what is happening
