Thread title should say don't 'rip' correctly.
Hi, I've got a Polaroid DRM-2001G DVD Recorder with 80GB Hard Drive. The specs say the recording format is "DVD, MPEG-II ". I can play the DVD's with Windows Media Center but they are not ripped correctly in DVDFab. I get the 'completed' message within 3 seconds and when I look at the file sizes most are much smaller than the originals. I've had the problem on both Vista and 7 machines and can rip commercial DVD's without a problem on either. Here's part of the log:
2m 39.26s: got copyright 0 0
2m 39.69s: got udf/iso
2m 40.46s: got discinfo
2m 40.46s: pathplayer enabled
2m 40.58s: got dvdinfo
DVDFab 7.0.8.2 (2010/07/26 20:18:10)
0m 00.39s: option dvd2dvd 1 dvd2mobile 1 bluray2bluray 1 bd2mobile 1 file2mobile 1 filemover 1
Is the 'got copyright 0 0' normal? Are there any debugging options that would give more detail?
Any advice appreciated.
