    Please post the pertinent logs.

    The default location is:

    For Win7
    C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
    or for XP
    C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
    If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

      Try this

      Are you using windows XP? If you are that's great. If you have already done a DMA reset then try this.

      [Start] [Run] [Regedit]
      Registry Key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\Class
      Key Name: {4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}
      Value Data: [Delete All Value Data from UpperFilters and LowerFilters]
      Note: Do not delete the Key or the Multi-String Values. Delete only the data values.
      Exit Registry and Reboot

      I even posted a website right above. Only delete if found any words that says upper filters and lower filters again if any. Let me know if it works to see if you need further help.
