DVDFab can't recognize original movies

I reported this on 9/25/10

see the following--- Just rented again and 8.0.2.2

still won't open.

Please install the latest version of DVDFab 8.0.2.2 at http://www.dvdfab.com/download.htm to copy again.

We have added support for a new copy protection as found on "Iron Man 2" (US).

Anny,

Same response with Iron Man 2 on release date 9/28 - would not open.
Yesterday's 9/29 beta 8.0.1.7 release
had an Iron Man 2 encryption fix. Was able to open Iron Man 2 and copy.

I've used DVDFab since 2008 - EVERYTIME I could not open a disk
it was because of a new encryption scheme.

1) Please open DVDFab program first, then insert your original movie DVDs to
your DVD drive, then to see if the DVDFab can connect your DVD drive to
recognize the original DVDs or not.

If your DVDFab can't recognize original movies from DVD drive very well on
your computer, please start the movie in your PC DVD Player (like PowerDVD)
for a few seconds and then start the DVDFab analysis. Once the analysis
starts, you can turn off the PC DVD player.

2) You can also click the tick green icon button at the right top corner of
the DVDFab screen, open "Common Settings" window, click on "Pathplayer",
active/deactive it to copy your movies again.
