Can not copy movies at all

I have been a DVDFab user since DVDFab 3 or 4, and up until DVDFab 8, I have never had a single issue. I would put the disc in, it would copy it, put a blank in and it was done. I have tried using the imgburn tutorial that is posted, and I can no longer copy movies. This is starting to get frustrating. What do I have to do to get this product to work?

Are you saying it worked until you tried Imgburn and then it no longer works?

Post details and post your logs.

I never used imgburn until this newest update. I never had to. I have since installed it, followed the tutorial, and still can not copy/burn a DVD.

Where can i find the logs/details?

i tried to make them as attachments, they are too large, and they are too many characters to copy/paste?

You state in post #1 that you have been using Fab since V3 or 4 but the screen shot shows you as a trial user and the DVD Copy has not been used?????????

DVD Ripper and File Transfer are both expired.

Are you a registered user of V8050 or not?
If so what module do you have a key to?

You might want to remove that info, I'm not sure if people can login with it or not. Well, I guess they would need the password also, but you better delete it anyway.
