BD Ripper (3D Plus) Xbox BD Rip Stalls

This has been happening to me for a while and it's getting pretty frustrating. I'll start ripping a BD movie on the default Xbox settings and it will run for a bit, maybe get a percent or two into the rip and then stall. The program works very will if I'm ripping it to Xvid but I prefer WMV. Please please help. I've included loads of pics so you can get an idea of what's going on. I'm using 8.0.6.8 and it's been doing the same thing since last fall.

I'm using Windows Vista 64bit SP2, 8GB Ram, Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550

Same thing using v7.0.9.3

Version 7 doesn't like it, and it's choking on it, and it might take 18 hours to finish, but it's getting the job done. See the attached file. Usually when I rip my CPU usage stays in the 90s. I also forgot to mention that this does not happen on every movie. It worked on Iron Man and Inception, but failed on The Dark Knight, Star Trek, and Tinkerbell. If this v7 rip ever finishes, I'll post the log.

v7 Could do it, why not v8?

It took 14 hours and 48 minutes but version 7 worked through it. Any idea why version 8 can't cut it? What changed that could cause this problem? Are there plans to fix it?
