subitle problem with direct render to video option in the newest dvdfab 13

if a movie has subitles below and top of the picture, with the option "direct render to video" option, only the below subtitles are displayed...

DVDFab 9.2.2.6, other blu rays rip just fine. Discs 1 & 2 from Harry Potter 8 film collection blu ray pack have audio at least a half second out...

The ripping stops after 10-12 minutes...
I tried different encoding-methods, but it din't work!
Have some one the same problem?
