    Good job with MediaInfo report!!
    This should resolve your issue. I understand your desire to make copy with high bitrate and high resolution, but device you are using to play it (iPod) unfortunately can not chew on it. In any way, please keep us updated after you re-code your content, and don't be a stranger - come back here if you have questions or issues.

      It worked. Woohoo!!! Thank you all so much. I really appreciate your help, and patience with the fact that I'm computer blonde (as my husband calls me!!). Next time I have a problem, I'll be back annoying you again.
