When I backup a blu-ray disk to a M4V with BD Ripper, the rip completes successfully and the file plays very well on my Windows 7 (64-bit) computer. However, the file won't play on an xbox 360 or PS3; I'm streaming to the consoles with the built in Windows 7 Media Server.
Xbox 360: I receive an error: 69-80004005
PS3: The video just never starts, a black screen comes up like it's going to start, but nothing happens.
I tried Build 8105 and 8106. I've attached the log files for 8106.
They also report build 8085 works fine. I tried 8085 and the m4v files play fine on the xbox 360 and the PS3. I've attached the log files for build 8085.
I've attached a screenshot of the conversion settings I'm using, but here they are as well:
