DVD Ripper No sound coming from video fle

Hi,
I have no sound when playing an mp4 video file on my computer but the video file plays correctly from my tv-top unit. How do I fix this?

What type of player are you using on your computer, also is this the first time this has happened?

This has happened to all my dvdrips. I'm using Windows Media Player on Windows 7 64-bit.

Try a different player like DVD Fab's http://forum.dvdfab.com/showthread.php?t=19410 VLC or Media Player Classic to see if you have the same result.

Also has this issue just recently happened?

Okizen, update to 8.2.2.1 you are a couple versions behind and I can't try to reproduce your issue using the latest version. And if it's still doing the same thing post a log from the new version please.
