I am lost - I only get a 2D mkv from 3d disc

Madagascar 3 went thru' fine with the latest Beta.

One annoyance I have noticed thru' many versions.
I am doing the same thing each time ripping to mkv 3D and so just pick that route thru' the options. But always DVDFab sets copy to BD in the task list at the start!
So unless I remember to edit the task list, it's starts doing something I don't want and creating files I don't need.
