This Notice is to alert you that the Spring Festival (Chinese New Year) Holiday is underway in China and much of Asia and for this reason the DVDFab Office will be closed until February 4. When I rip Game of Thrones, the subtitle files seem to be correct, but when played in Windows Media Center or streamed to my TV, the subtitles do not appear. How can I fix this?
Thanks!

What format are you ripping to, and what if any additional codecs have you installed on the Windows system. For the record, my setup works fine:
1. Rip to MKV format
2. Extract the required subtitles to SRT format and use MKVmerge to merge them into the MKV container
3. Sharky codecs installed
4. Playback on Windows Media Center or Windows Media Player and everything works just fine.
