BD Ripper (3D Plus) No video only sound, The Thing 2011.. VC1?

The Thing 2011 has no video at all just black screen, no preview video either just sound.. using DVDFab 9.1.7.1 with software only all gpu turned off... the movie used to work in the past so its fairly new bug.

Did you uncheck your driver V in Common Settings -> Drivers -> Drivers?

Hi,

It should not be caused by VC1. From the log file, it seems like wrong begin when reading the source. DVDFab could not read the video stream info when converting.
I tried some sources but all unable repro the same issue, maybe it's a special source issue.

We need your help to fix the issue.
Would you help us to resolve the issue together?
Please follow these steps as below:
- Open the Blu-ray in BD Copy and select Clone module.
- Output ISO on HDD.
- Open the ISO in Ripper and converter to mkv passthrouh if the outputted ISO playback fine.
- Please upload the ISO file to us if the copied result is still no video.

With some help of Wilson.Wang I have realized this is not a fault of DVDfab but that of "another program" used to pre-edit the source.. therefore this problem is solved. thanks to all.
